Vixio’s New Tool Helps Online Casinos Accelerate Market Entry and Compliance

A new tool from the gaming industry’s leading regulatory intelligence provider, Vixio, the Vixio Technical Compliance Tool, has just been introduced to help online casino operators and suppliers manage the increasing complexity of compliance requirements. This tool provides a common framework for entering new markets more quickly by aggregating over 65 major technical requirements across 26 countries.

According to Vixio, this tool is a big step forward in the RegTech domain, designed to meet the demands of online gaming operators in a world where regulations are becoming stiffer all the time. By centralizing essential compliance data in one place, the Technical Compliance Tool would let casino operators shorten their time-to-market, according to the company.

The tool further offers clients a range of benefits, including the ability to conduct gap analyses, receive alerts for new or updated requirements, identify potential issues early, and effectively prepare for game certification.

Tackling Key Markets

Mike Woolfrey, Vixio’s Chief Executive, highlighted that compliance officers across the industry have long sought a more efficient means of navigating jurisdictional requirements. And given recent developments that is easy to comprehend. For instance, the compliance landscape, particularly in Europe and North America, has become increasingly complex, with varying regulations that govern the development, deployment, and certification of online casino games.

“We have gathered that information, harmonized it, and categorized it so that you can then retrieve all applicable requirements that apply to specific game features and certification requirements. Users can find them all in one place and compare them on a like-by-like basis.”

James Kilsby, Vixio America’s chief analyst and VP

James Kilsby, Vixio’s Chief Analyst, stated that the tool was designed to provide a comparative view of technical regulations across major markets, allowing operators to enter new markets with greater confidence. This is simply because it delivers comprehensive regulatory insights with source references in both the original languages and English translations.

How Vixio is Building on Existing Strengths

Already beta-tested by a select group of clients, the Vixio Technical Compliance Tool comes with other neat additions. Leading operators already rely on Vixio’s GamblingCompliance platform for regulatory insights in more than 180 countries. The product now includes the Vixio Technical Compliance Tool. This integrated solution will help operators with their strategic expansion plans and reduce the risks of regulatory violations by providing a uniform picture of compliance requirements across important regions.
