Missouri Prepares for Sports Betting Debut as Caesars and Bet365 Open Early Registration

Missouri is entering the final stretch before legal sports wagering goes live on December 1. Two major operators, Caesars Entertainment and bet365, have opened early registration for residents 21 and older, signaling an aggressive push to establish their footing in a rapidly expanding market.

The state’s early sign-up window runs for two weeks, allowing users to create accounts, claim pre-launch bonuses, and deposit funds, although wagering will not begin until December 1. The rollout marks a significant shift for Missouri, which is preparing to join a growing list of states embracing regulated online betting.

Enticing Pre-Launch Incentives

Caesars Entertainment confirmed that its sportsbook app is now open for pre-registration across Missouri. New users can download the app on iOS or Android or sign up through Caesars’ website. Existing customers from other states may activate their accounts to access Missouri-specific promotions.

As part of the phased launch, users who register and deposit at least five dollars by December 1 will receive five Profit Boost Tokens, each valid on wagers up to twenty-five dollars. Caesars is also offering one hundred fifty dollars in bonus bets if a user’s first qualifying wager wins once betting goes live.

The company is expanding its popular NFL Flips game to Missouri beginning November 24. The weekly “flip and win” contest distributes a share of a $100,000 prize pool and additional Profit Boost Tokens throughout the football season. Caesars says the game has already awarded more than one million dollars in other participating states.

Meanwhile, bet365 has opened its own pre-registration portal, marking its entry into its sixteenth U.S. state. New customers who place a $10 qualifying bet will receive three hundred sixty-five dollars in betting credits through December 15. The operator has tied its launch to a multi-year marketing partnership with the St. Louis Cardinals, making bet365 the franchise’s first Official Mobile Sports Betting Partner. The agreement grants local fans access to expanded in-play tools, competitive odds, and promotions like the Early Payout Offer, which settles bets when a team takes a commanding lead.

Both companies also highlight responsible gaming commitments, noting that spending limits, deposit caps, and session controls are integrated directly into their apps.

Retail Sportsbooks and Digital Wallet Rollouts Setting the Stage

As the state approaches its full launch, Caesars plans to unveil retail sportsbook locations at Harrah’s Kansas City and Horseshoe St. Louis. Company officials say both venues will offer a Las Vegas-style betting experience with on-site wagering kiosks and access to Caesars Rewards, which allows users to earn credits redeemable for dining, hotel stays, and entertainment.

Missouri will also be the first state where Caesars introduces its Universal Digital Wallet on opening day. The feature is designed to streamline deposits and withdrawals across all Caesars platforms, making account management easier for users who enjoy both online and in-person betting.
